Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Hartford Care Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residential settings.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to use IT systems effectively. You will also possess good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residential settings
- Clean and prepare resident's rooms, bathrooms, and other areas as required
- Participate in infection control and COSHH procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide excellent care and support to residents
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive access to our Employee Assistance Programme, cycle to work scheme, and opportunities for learning and development.
