Freight Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Sales Manager to join our team at Heathrow Personnel.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our freight business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Defence and Aerospace market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- Design and implement effective sales processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution and achievement of sales goals.
- Attend sales meetings and networking events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our freight services to imports and exports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight sales, with a track record of implementing successful sales strategies and building strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the Defence and Aerospace market and its requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
