As a Financial Planning Specialist at Opus Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in coordinating consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes. Your analytical mind and strong commercial acumen will enable you to produce insightful financial information that supports the business in delivering its objectives.

The Company is looking to improve its budgeting and forecasting processes, introducing more robust monthly reporting and analysis. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure that the financial reporting processes are streamlined and effective.

A key aspect of this role will be to design and coordinate the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes, consolidating the business divisions, geographies, and corporate functions. You will also prepare business unit and overall company budget packs, ensuring that the business units have full visibility over their numbers and accompanying commentary.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with Executives and non-financial individuals alike. A solid understanding of people services businesses and the key drivers of financial performance is essential for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, 30 days' annual leave, and a hybrid/remote schedule. We also provide training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
