About the Role:

  • Lead a team of surveyors to conduct geotechnical surveys in offshore wind projects.
  • Ensure that all surveys are completed in accordance with client specifications and company values.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 NQF qualification in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in offshore marine surveying supervision.
  • Familiarity with offshore wind ground investigations and survey management.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Estimated Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
