Job Title: IT Security Coordinator
Job Summary:
Churchill Shared Services seeks an experienced IT Security Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of Information and Cyber Security, ensuring the business' IT infrastructure and services are appropriately secured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in overseeing the IT Security incident process, the IT Security Tooling, and ensuring all assets are protected and up-to-date.
- Coordinate multiple security tools, awareness programs, and work within an ISO 27001 framework.
- Coordinate all Group security awareness programs and initiatives, liaise with Churchill employees on information security matters.
- Work with the external consultant on the internal information security audit program.
- Liaise with certification bodies regarding external ISMS audits, oversee nonconformances, non-compliances, and improvements raised from internal and external information security audits.
- Assist in spot checks of IT security performance and report data to the Group IT Director.
Requirements:
- An understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services, and a proactive approach to IT security.
- Be a team player with a logical and structured approach, good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Flexible approach to work, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
- CISSP and/or CISM, MSC Cyber Security, and previous experience of managing IT Security within an organization are desirable.
