Real Estate Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and well-educated Real Estate paralegal to join our team at Jameson Legal. This is a permanent, full-time position based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office.

In this role, you will focus on supporting clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions independently from inception to completion. You will manage a busy caseload of transactions, draft and negotiate documents, deal with sales and purchases, manage completion and post-completion registrations, and perform a variety of paralegal and administrative tasks.

Key skills required for this role include exemplary IT, organisational, and communication skills, as well as superb academics (including a good law degree).

This role will be performed on a hybrid basis. However, applicants must live in (or live within commutable distance to) Glasgow or Edinburgh.
