Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development.

About the Role:
  • Assist students with their learning and development in a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students.
  • Help students to develop their confidence and self-esteem through positive relationships and guidance.
  • Support students with challenging behavior, using positive strategies and techniques.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
  • GCSE level in Maths, Science, and English.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to work 1:1 with students and provide individualized support.
  • Confidence in working with students with challenging behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
