We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, including administration, operations, and HR support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, stepping in during busy periods, deadlines, or staff absences.
  • Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Line manage office staff, overseeing Personal Development Plans, annual leave, and overtime approvals.
  • Handle enquiries (via phone and email) and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with invoicing, including liaising with clients on any payment queries.
  • Work with external teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing company projects.
  • Maintain the office environment, ensuring tidiness and adequate supplies.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings, raising any concerns or issues.
