Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee contracts from fabrication to site delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to British standards.
- Liaise with site management teams, clients, and workshops to coordinate efforts and resolve issues.
- Assess erection contracts to identify weaknesses and risks, implementing corrective measures to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear instructions and managed expectations.
- Proven experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of British standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- A competitive salary of £80,000-£85,000 per year.
