Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated inclusion team at a thriving Primary School in Wembley. As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of vulnerable students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing individualized support to students with SEN
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with the inclusion team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistent support for students with SEN

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in a Psychology-related degree
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
