Job Title: Avionics Engineer

Gold Group is seeking a skilled Avionics Engineer to join our team. As an Avionics Engineer, you will be responsible for the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems on aerospace vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and overhaul of aerospace vehicle components
  • Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Validate and verify testing of systems and components
  • Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate will have experience working on Chinook aircraft and have completed a recognized and certified aircraft apprenticeship or military equivalent. You will be working within a team of aircraft technicians and will be responsible for the safe handling of aerospace vehicles.

Requirements:

  • SC Clearable (UK Passport holder)
  • Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and environment processes
  • Experience in the maintenance, modification, and repair of aircraft and components, and/or aircraft wire harness manufacture and installation
  • Understanding of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, and aviation Quality Assurance
