We are seeking a highly motivated Radiographer to join our team in South Tyneside and Sunderland, UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality diagnostic services and exceptional patient care.
As a Band 6 radiographer, you will be part of a friendly and flexible team, working across various areas of the department. You will perform high-quality radiography, adhering to Trust and departmental policies and procedures. The role requires flexibility, participating in Out of Hours Service as required.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality imaging services
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals
- BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Relevant related courses
- Experience working in a radiology department, producing high-quality imaging
- Good understanding of Radiation safety
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- Previous, current, or planned audit undertaken
- Experience using Siemens, AGFA, Carestream, and GE equipment
The salary for this position is $63,119 - $83,178 per annum, depending on experience. The location is South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, UK.
