Educational Support Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to provide essential support to students with a range of additional needs in various local primary schools across.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support children with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN) in classroom and small group settings.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement tailored education plans and adapt learning materials to meet each child's unique requirements.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and other daily tasks as needed by the students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and SEN coordinators.
- Promote social and emotional development, helping students build confidence and positive relationships with their peers.
- Work closely with other staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for students.
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Various local primary schools
