We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Site Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our glasshouse facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience in managing maintenance teams and ensuring the efficient operation of complex equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage routine servicing and inspections of electrical, mechanical, and other equipment, including boilers, high-pressure pumps, and gearboxes.
- Coordinate maintenance projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain records of maintenance work, including repairs and refurbishments.
- Identify and address defects and malfunctions, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of equipment and facilities.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a fresh produce or glasshouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, including HVAC systems and industrial boilers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct maintenance teams.
- Ability to work flexibly, including potential call-outs and overtime.
- UK/EU driving license and willingness to travel.
- Competitive salary range of £45-50k.

- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
