We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate/Trainee Surveyor to join our team in the Brighton office. The successful candidate will work closely with our fast-growing team, undertaking various tasks including property inspections, photography, and reading drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough property inspections to assess conditions and identify potential issues
  2. Utilize photography skills to document survey findings
  3. Review and appraise construction method statements to ensure compliance with industry standards
  4. Carry out drone surveys to gather data and provide accurate measurements
  5. Liaise effectively with homeowners, developers, contractors, and counterpart surveyors to facilitate smooth project progression
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a driving license and own transport for site visits
  • Hold a construction-related qualification or have some experience in surveying
  • Display enthusiasm for surveying and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Show a willingness to travel to sites when required
