Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Harbour School. This role offers the opportunity to work with students who require additional support and make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in adapting and delivering the curriculum for students with SEND needs.
  • Motivate and engage students in their learning, promoting their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to manage classroom behaviour and ensure student well-being.
Requirements
  • Holds a good educational background, preferably with GCSEs or equivalent in English Language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
