We offer a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Engineer to join our Technical Services team. This dynamic role requires a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about maintenance and repair work. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and property conditioning across multiple sites. They will also perform planned maintenance on plant and kitchen equipment, respond to reactive maintenance, and adhere to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules. Additionally, they will utilize their trade experience, including painting and decorating skills, to ensure the continued success of our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance, repairs, and property conditioning
- Carry out planned maintenance on plant and kitchen equipment
- Respond to reactive maintenance
- Trade experience including painting and decorating
- Follow and adhere to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
Required Skills/Experience:
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and self-motivated
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Flexibility
- Previous experience of working as a Maintenance Engineer in a similar environment
- Keen understanding of Health and Safety is important
