We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk associate to join our team at Bovey Castle, Devon. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room allocations, preparing bills, and answering incoming calls.

To succeed in this role, you must have a warm and genuine approach, with outstanding people skills, attention to detail, and strong IT literacy. Good communication skills and level English proficiency (written and spoken) are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm welcome and farewell experience
• Handle room allocations, prepare bills, and respond to guest inquiries
• Answer incoming calls and manage telephone queries efficiently
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall service quality
