Job Title: MIG Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a key member of our rail engineering team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating various components for passenger carriages and rolling stock sections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welding and fabricating components using MIG process
• Working with 2mm to 10mm Mild Steel
• Cutting, grinding, and stripping out corroded material
• Refitting and joining new sections

Requirements:
• Experience of Mild Steel MIG welding including positional work (Vertical Up and Overhead)
• Experience of MIG (Steel)
• Own tools and PPE (Including air fed mask, etc.)
