Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist users in resolving queries and escalate issues to other teams as needed
  • Become an expert in house systems such as HighQ, AI Platforms, and Litera transact
  • Help with the process of upskilling both internal and external clients to ensure a great user experience
  • Provide administrative support for product managers and admit regular user and project archiving

Requirements:

  • Open to law graduates interested in a technology-based career in the legal space
  • Motivated by all things tech with a keen desire to learn and upskill
  • Knowledge of legal technology is a bonus but not essential
  • Desire to work in an environment that provides regular feedback to help further career development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal and external clients
