Job Title: Internal Sales Account Manager

Are you a driven professional looking to advance your career in technical sales? Our client, a leading manufacturer of innovative electrical protection solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career or with a technical background looking to transition into a sales-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Provide technical support and product expertise to clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  3. Collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets, utilizing CRM data to inform decision-making.
  4. Work diligently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records and data.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial, construction, electrical, or engineering sectors, or a background as an electrician, electrical engineer, or in electrical wholesale with an interest in a career change.
  2. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about specialized electrical protection products.
  3. Open to being mentored and keen to progress in a sales career.
  4. Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field (desirable).
  5. Experience in selling electrical or technical products.
