Supervisor Role at Moto

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team at Moto, responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards at our Exeter motorway services site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve excellent customer service and brand standards
  • Maximise profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • Process stock counts and orders
  • Partner with the Store Manager to set targets for the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, identifying training needs
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and respond in a timely manner
  • Support the team with food and refreshment preparation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable
  • Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
  • Great communication skills and ability to make decisions
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make reasoned decisions under pressure
