Job Title: Admin and Data Officer

We are seeking an experienced Admin and Data Officer to join our team at Brook Street in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting data onto the system, handling inbound and outbound calls, preparing papers, and performing general administration duties.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Fully office-based in Norwich

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting data onto the system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls, responding to queries, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Preparing papers, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Creating and updating records, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Performing general administration duties, including booking meeting rooms and organizing events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Microsoft platforms, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.
