Infrastructure Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on the challenge of leading our team in securing significant new instructions within the energy infrastructure sector.

This is a unique opportunity for a professional with a strong background in cost management, project management, and contract administration to work on high-profile projects across various sectors, including charities, developers, education providers, leisure operators, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or equivalent in cost management or quantity surveying and a deep understanding of the infrastructure and/or energy industry. They will be accountable for overseeing project portfolios, providing regular reports to stakeholders, and utilizing NEC or FIDIC contracts.

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of £90,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, bonus opportunities, 42 days holiday, and continuous professional development (CPD) support.

About You:

  • Masters' degree or equivalent in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying
  • Outstanding understanding of infrastructure and/or energy industry
  • Expertise in NEC or FIDIC contracts
  • Proven ability to manage and report on project portfolios
