The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen teams and ensuring exceptional food quality.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take the reins of our kitchen operations and lead us towards delivering outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum - Dependant on Experience

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and inspiring the kitchen team to produce brilliant meals to our high standards.
  2. Planning orders of equipment and ingredients and managing stock and wastage effectively.
  3. Ensuring consistency of quality of dishes before they reach the customer.
  4. Remedying any problems or defects in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Leading from the front, setting the standards for your team and motivating, coaching and supporting them to be outstanding.
