At Remedy Social Work, we are seeking an experienced Children's Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Barking and Dagenham. As a pivotal member of our operational Social Work colleagues, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the quality of services for vulnerable children.

The role requires working closely with colleagues across Children's Social Care and Support Services to conduct in-depth case file and thematic audits. You will also oversee data collection from audit activity, providing analytical overviews from findings, producing data sets, analytical insights, tracking intelligence, and presenting concise reports detailing patterns and themes in practice.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
