Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests, ensuring a great first impression.
  • Manage the cloakroom with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Organize the floor and seat guests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with guests, passing on wait times and ensuring they are informed throughout their visit.
  • Work closely with the waiting team to allocate tables fairly and efficiently.
  • Set up and close down the host area according to our high standards.
  • Develop a good knowledge of our menu and be able to explain our fresh ingredients, specials, and cooking methods to our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments within the restaurant team.
  • Answer the phone in a polite and timely manner, manage reservations, and communicate with the reservations manager and management team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety and our brand's values.
  • Remain calm under pressure, as our restaurants can get busy.

What You Need to Know
You will be a fantastic ambassador for our brand, providing a world-class welcome to every guest. You will need to be positive, articulate, and extremely organized, communicating clearly and adapting to the varied needs of our guests. You will be a team player who will be a key member of a motivated and successful team in a restaurant where no two minutes are the same.
