£65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our Commercial team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and private healthcare sector.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful projects, requiring regular travel to customer and client sites. Your primary objective will be to maximise product sales by leveraging your high-level product knowledge and exceptional selling skills.

  • Establish informed knowledge of clinical data and market trends to inform your sales approach.
  • Create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and building relationships with relevant clinical and procurement stakeholders.
  • Manage your territory effectively, delivering strategic objectives into each targeted account.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in healthcare waste sales (minimum 3 years).
  • Proven experience working with NHS and/or private healthcare stakeholder groups in a sales/development capacity.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to prioritise and organise workload.
  • Able to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel with overnight stays.
