Job Title: Nurse Home Manager

Meridian Business Support is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to establish a new Care Home scheme in Crewe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supported Living Services, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-quality service provision to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities.
  • Allocate resources and monitor performance to achieve service delivery goals within allocated budgets.
  • Conduct regular audits of care through monitoring and analysis of documentation and service user experiences.
  • Ensure service users' care plans are complete and maintained in collaboration with service users, relatives, and other health professionals.
Leadership and Management:
  • Comply with and promote the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Support the Operations Director in recruitment, induction, and training of staff.
  • Identify ongoing staff training needs and provide guidance and supervision to enable staff to effectively carry out their roles.
  • Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of the clinical strategy.
  • Participate in the on-call rota.
