SEN Teacher - Full Time - West Berkshire
We are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join our team at Academics Ltd, a leading special educational needs school in Thatcham, West Berkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for SEN education and the ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team to support students with complex needs.
About the Position:
- Develop and deliver a bespoke curriculum for neurodiverse children with cognitive, communication, and sensory requirements.
- Provide individualised support to 4-5 students to achieve academic and personal objectives.
- Design and implement engaging classroom activities that cater to diverse student needs.
- Track and record progress against individualised Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure seamless support for students.
