Penguin Recruitment is representing a leading acoustics consultancy with over 20 years of experience in providing high-quality services across construction, infrastructure, and environmental acoustics projects.

The consultancy is fast developing into a multidisciplinary team with added capabilities in energy and air quality, priding themselves on excellent customer service, clear technical advice, and a challenging environment for their growing team.

Due to high demand, the team requires Graduate Acoustics Consultants to join their busy office in Bedford.

Candidates need to have a degree in acoustics or a closely related engineering subject, with strong A Levels in maths and science disciplines. A driver's license and own car are required, but applications are accepted from candidates due to obtain their license shortly.

Responsibilities will include site and desk duties such as noise measurement surveys, sound insulation testing, 3D noise modeling, and report preparation. The opportunity to work across various developments, including rural, urban, and industrial environments across the UK, is also available.

As you progress, you will manage projects from start to finish, working alongside respected architects, developers, engineers, and construction teams. The consultancy is involved in the acoustic design of high-profile construction projects, including Europe's tallest residential building.
