Job Title: Financial Performance Analyst

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum


About the Role:
The Norlin Live operations require a skilled Financial Performance Analyst to ensure accurate and effective management of revenue reporting and reconciliation processes. This role is instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate financial data for informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse trends and provide insights on financial performance through detailed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue reports.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations of revenue accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records and adherence to internal controls.
  • Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and report findings to management.
  • Assist in the formulation of budgets and financial forecasts, with a focus on revenue expectations based on historical data and market analysis.
  • Develop financial presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate key revenue metrics and financial trends.

Requirements:
  • AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant, actively pursuing further professional accreditation (e.g., ACCA or CIMA).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a financial analysis role, ideally within the hospitality, F&B, or events sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information in an understandable manner.
