Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SVQ Assessor and Learning Developer to join our client's team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing learners in construction to national standards set by awarding bodies such as SQA and CITB. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and development to contribute to our client's mission of excellence and safety in construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and assessment to learners.
• Deliver short training courses as required.
• Complete compliance paperwork accurately.
• Provide regular updates on learner progress.
• Develop learning material to assist learners' progression.
• Attend regular meetings.
• Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team KPIs.
• Undertake standardisation activities.
• Follow policies and procedures that support the quality assurance process.

Qualifications:
• Three years' occupational experience in a construction or health & safety-related supervisory/management role.
• Construction Qualification
• Health and Safety Qualification
• Education and Training Award Level 3
