Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Works Manager to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a skilled team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators, managing workflows, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting project deadlines.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage workflows, schedules, and resources to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all products and components meet company quality standards and customer specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of production data, KPIs, and progress reports, regularly reporting to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering, fabrication processes, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Must have experience in sheet metal.
