About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at JACK & JONES in Cannock. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
  • Assist customers with product queries, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including visual merchandising and store operations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business results
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
