Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Specialist to join our team at Baldwin Risk Partners. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for managing small business renewal accounts from start to finish, working closely with new business advisors, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small business renewal accounts from start to finish, including analyzing client data, evaluating needs, and creating effective risk management solutions.
  • Work closely with new business advisors to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various insurance carriers to provide clients with the best possible coverage options.
  • Act as a liaison between current clients and the Baldwin Risk Partners team, providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and questions.
  • Consult with clients on the right insurance coverage as they grow and scale their businesses, ensuring they have the necessary protection in place.
  • Serve as a client advocate, driving Baldwin Risk Partners products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client inquiries and questions, handling policy changes and endorsements, and issuing certificates of insurance.
  • Update and improve internal information management systems to ensure seamless client communication and policy management.
  • Compile and generate all relevant paperwork to bind client insurance policies.

Requirements:

  • Insurance broker's license is a plus
  • Interest in insurance and a passion for customer service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience preferred
  • Current P&C license or willingness and ability to obtain all required licenses within 6 months (at company's expense)
