At Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., we're looking for a skilled Brewery Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our beers, working closely with our brewing team to maintain our state-of-the-art brewing systems.

1. Efficiently operate and monitor our brewing systems to produce high-quality beers.
2. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our beers meet quality standards.
3. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all brewing skills, including Brewing, Cellar, and Filtration.
4. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment, making mechanical adjustments as needed.
5. Collaborate with other brewing team members and supporting production teams to ensure smooth production operations.

1. Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Brewing or Fermentation, or equivalent experience.
2. 1 year of production brewing experience, with a preference for those with 2+ years of experience.
3. Basic mechanical repair experience and proficiency in MS365 Office suite are highly desirable.
