Brewery Technician

At Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., we're looking for a skilled Brewery Technician to join our production team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our beers, working closely with our brewing team to maintain our state-of-the-art brewing systems.
Responsibilities:- Efficiently operate and monitor our brewing systems to produce high-quality beers.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our beers meet quality standards.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all brewing skills, including Brewing, Cellar, and Filtration.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of process equipment, making mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other brewing team members and supporting production teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Brewing or Fermentation, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of production brewing experience, with a preference for those with 2+ years of experience.
- Basic mechanical repair experience and proficiency in MS365 Office suite are highly desirable.
