Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Content to define the brand's strategic direction, including setting KPIs and overall brand vision.
  • Oversee content creation and delivery across all channels, including website, email, print, video, podcast, and webinars, tailored to the target audience.
  • Conduct research, write, and/or commission articles and features from industry experts through interviews, calls, and emails to grow and develop the brand.
  • Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with the brand's overall strategy and goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of content across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the content strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a B2B multimedia content environment with demonstrated commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, drug discovery, life science, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
