**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Betting Office Trainee Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the shop, marketing our products and services, and supervising staff to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in the preparation of the shop, including setting up displays and ensuring the shop is well-presented

• Market our products and services to the highest possible standards, including promoting our betting services and products to customers

• Supervise staff, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures

• Assist in the management of the shop, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues

• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

• A keen interest in sports and betting (full training will be provided)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for customers

• Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication

• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a point-of-sale system

**What We Offer**

• Competitive hourly rate of £11.68 per hour

• Extra 20p per hour responsibility allowance, paid when qualified and responsible for the shop
