Job Title: Packaging Designer

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our team at En Route International. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative packaging designs that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop packaging designs that are visually appealing, functional, and meet brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, packaging regulations, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
  • Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in packaging design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3D design skills in Solidworks, Keyshot, and/or Rhino 3D with Vray are a plus.
