Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Associate to join our team at Recruit Mint Ltd. As a bilingual speaker in German and English, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Manager.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales ledger entries, including customer invoices and receipts.
  • Manage debtor listing and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist with credit control activities, including customer payments and cash flow management.
  • Prepare period-end journals and VAT returns.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts role.
  • Proficiency in AX Dynamics or similar programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (German, English) skills.
