About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of decentralized energy systems. As a Decentralized Energy Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering energy-efficient solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

We estimate this role offers a salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop energy-efficient solutions for heat networks, including district heating and cooling systems.
  • Develop and implement decarbonization strategies to reduce carbon emissions from energy networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MEng or BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in decentralized energy systems, energy efficiency, and renewable technologies.
  • Proven track record of project delivery from concept to operation.
