At GLL, we're seeking a highly motivated and committed Football Coach to join our team at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre in Croydon. As a Football Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to pupils of all ages and abilities, creating a fun, friendly, and encouraging environment that fosters progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a well-structured football programme that focuses on progression and development of pupils.
  • Provide high-quality coaching that meets the needs of pupils at various levels, abilities, and age groups.
  • Improve the level of coaching and increase the numbers on the programme.
  • Maintain a good and positive image of the Centre by providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional service.
  • Set up equipment and deliver first-class customer service.
  • Deal with customer queries and provide a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and a real focus on customer service.
  • Passion and personality, with a coaching qualification (Level 2 or above) and a First Aid qualification.
  • Experience of coaching in a community setting and knowledge of health and safety.
  • A great team player with a values-driven approach.
