We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our team in Bath. As a key member of our contentious team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex cases and support the growth of our firm.


About the Role:


This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our established Contested Wills, Trusts, and Inheritance Disputes team. You will be working primarily from our Bath office, supporting the Southwest team, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services to our clients.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist senior team members with delegated case tasks and meet deadlines
  • Manage your own caseload under supervision
  • Build client relationships and manage expectations
  • Support team business development and marketing activities

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor with experience in contested wills and probate. ActAPS or working towards it is preferred. You should also be team-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
