About the Role:

Igloo is seeking an experienced Smart Repair Technician to join our client's team in a permanent capacity. As a Smart Repair Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs on a mobile basis, ensuring a high-quality service is provided to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to all customers.
  • Explain the repair process to customers before commencing work.
  • Follow health and safety measures at all times.
  • Process card payments.
  • Provide aftercare and insurance information to customers.
  • Perform alloy wheel refurbishment, diamond cut and shadow chrome repairs, bumper corner repairs, wing mirror repairs, painted trim repairs, panel repairs, touch-in chips on bonnets, door handle repairs, and report to the Technical Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Smart Repair role.
  • Good understanding of Smart repair processes.
  • Hardworking and reliable individual.
  • Ability to produce high-quality finishes, first time, every time.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.
  • ATA or IMI accreditation is desirable but not essential.

What We Offer:
