We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Staff member to join our team at The John Wallis Church of England Academy. As an integral part of our support staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional support and services to our students and the broader educational community.
  • To work collaboratively with our teaching staff to ensure the academic success of our students.
  • To develop in our students the skills to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements:

  • A*-C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent;
  • Experience of supporting pupils/students of differing abilities and backgrounds;
  • Ability to develop in pupils the skills to work independently and collaboratively;
