Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support in the classroom, ensuring the child's unique learning needs are met.
- Adapt activities and resources to suit the child's learning pace, creating a positive and inclusive learning experience.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with developmental delays or special educational needs is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude to adapt to the child's learning needs. Strong communication skills are also essential to work effectively with the child, staff, and parents, building a positive support network.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
