**Job Description:** Specialty Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Specialty Lead to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As a Specialty Lead, you will work within a well-established and cohesive multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 (2007) and Code of Practice along with Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity. You will be responsible for interviewing, assessing, and treating patients and writing clear comprehensive medical notes.

You will work closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist to review patients' mental/physical well-being and make timely modifications to the treatment plan. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a therapeutic milieu and participating in multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, and strategic reviews.
