Job Title: Vocational Tutor

Catch22 is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vocational Tutor to join our team. As a Vocational Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, focusing on ESOL and Functional Skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach ESOL students from pre-entry level to Level 2, promoting language skills and cultural awareness.
  • Deliver Functional Skills Entry-level Maths, ensuring students achieve and progress.
  • Create an inclusive learning environment, respecting individual differences and promoting diversity.
  • Engage with parents, ensuring they are informed and supportive of their child's progress.
  • Build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering trust and support.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that enable learners to achieve and progress, meeting or exceeding good outcomes.
  • Oversee and coordinate the development of your subject area, ensuring curriculum excellence.
Requirements:
  • A recognized teaching qualification is essential.
  • A Degree in a related subject and a Level 5 Teaching Qualification would be desirable.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.
