About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Trewartha Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, enhancing the overall resident experience
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction
